How we work. All our works or projects are supervised by Site Managers that have a degree in building engineering.

1. First we visit the client and discuss the planned or intended outcome.


2. If a client has architectural drawings, structural engineer’s calculations being approved by local authority, then we take measurements or other important information about intended works and produce an estimate. This is free of charge.


3. If a client has no architectural drawings, structural engineer’s calculations being approved then we offer our services. We discuss the main objectives of the project and decide budgetary requirements with the client, make an analysis of the objectives and possibilities for the project and come back to the client with a plan. Then we talk with the client and let them decide exactly what they require.

We then prepare the required drawings and calculations ready for submission to the planning office and submit the required paperwork to the client’s local planning department. Because we often work with planning departments in London and outside we can give advice to a client about how realistic their goals are so to avoid losing time and to achieve the required result sooner. If you don’t hurry and value the new appearance of your property, we can try to negotiate your objectives with the environmental department.

IMPORTANT! If a client uses our planning service then we can tell them the cost of project once the plans are drawn, then we can help to plan the project costs for you depending on what is required. We can make changes to plans so they will reflect the budget available for whole job or for a number of works within it. We also provide a schedule of works, so the client can obtain all the required supplies in time, such as kitchen fittings, bathroom fittings or other items required. Our clients can also make use our trading discounts for many items.

We are happy to agree the cost with each client, taking into account their budget and our expenses. Once a price is agreed, a schedule of payments, time of commencement and finishing, we conclude the contract and start the required preparations for the job.
